About
Maia comes and exists in several cultures, where they match as the Goddess and Protector of Mother Earth, which "provides all without asking for anything in return". It is also the name of my daughter, and is the name of a supreme blessing in my life and its' meaning is love.. In Maia restaurant, our intention is to share a small sample of what Mother earth gives us, made with love in our poetic kitchen; that is our intent, as well our main ingredient. We believe that we should always give thanks for our foods, as they are the gift that Maia offers. We invite you to enjoy and share love without the super-ego, and live your present as you desire; to enjoy the enjoyable. Here, in Maia, we promote and believe in what has been made in Mexico, should be shared. We have space for all, to share our huge Mexican heart. The products we share are grown locally, fresh daily, organic, and they're from local producers who work every day to support their families and doing what they do with love.
