"M Cocina Creativa" offers a unique proposition where creativity is part of the processnot the end of the project ... The Food is the thread by which we represent our history and experiences. Our proposal is not unique or specific is a compilation of our lives. This culinary learning process, will be materialized through a journey that will take diners to feel and live through your palate our collective journey, starting in the complicated early 70s in Vietnam, through a long stay in France and terminating the merger of matches in Mexico. This walk will take us an undefined time in which we hope will join us to discover these places, feelings and experiences, exploring the roots of each different place and culture, combining and reinventing. This great adventure will only exalted and complete to share with each of you, thus adding to this project their own interpretation and vision and thus achieve complete symbiosis, traveler and guide.
