We like to cook and we like to eat, one day we decided to do it for a living. We found a small shop in Colonia Narvarte, we adapt it and we call it Rosemary, as one of the most emblematic plants of the kitchen. We like the smell of the bush that awakens the senses, and the taste of it in meat and fish. With tomato sauces, oils and some vegetables it is incomparable. We learned to cook years ago, at home at 3 o'clock in the morning, at parties with friends and in formal suppers. We are not chefs. We are cookers . We have burned hands with olive oil, we have cut our fingers a hundred times slicing tomatoes (also we have spoiled several dishes ) we have learned, with time, the art of transforming meat, herbs and spices in food that that appeases hearts and soothes the spirit Rosemary, in some cultures is a symbol of good faith and candor . Such as our kitchen.
