About
Aborigen is an intimate restaurant, with only 6 tables, created by friends, thinking in the new aborigines of the world - like us - many of whom are our friends and neighbors. In our kitchen there is a combination of dishes and ingredients that evoke in one way or another our root cuisine, the Mediterranean. Our chef is curious and transhumant, as his recipes.
