The food was not great and the waitress got our order wrong. She was not willing to admit it. So to avoid an issue we took the wrong order to go. Re-ordered, kind of wished we just never stopped to begin with.

Italian restaurant but also available Sushi, pastry etc. We tried Arachera and chicken skewers and both were good and fairly priced bearing in mind location next to Zocalo.

Good location in the middle of pedestrian hustle and bustle off of Zócalo. Fresh coffees and pastries, saw sushi menu on wall but most other clients were having coffee or Mexican dishes. Available table-seating, which was not case in a few cafes around the area.

We wanted a small dinner so went to this smallish Italian/Mexican cafe. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The portions were rather large but good.

This place was alive and vibrant, dinner was authentic and the servers were wonderful. I did not try a desert, but the double Expresso was exceptional. My only regret was having experienced this solo as my travel companions were off on a separate adventure.

Have enjoyed croissants in many countries and have to say that Bertico’s is right up at the top – sublime esp with an excellent cappuccino. Breakfast not quite so perfect but good. Several locations including Calle Regina.
