Bitute specializes on smoked meats (chicken, pork, octopus) in the "Peruvian Cilinder", as well as in the main peruvian dishes such as "Cebiche", "Lomo Saltado", "Arroz Chaufa", "Aji de Gallina", among others. This small Peruvian fusion cafe is just a few meters from the Angel of Independence. The food was excellent and the price was very reasonable. They have three or four tables outside and another six or seven inside. The service was very good.
