The first PIADINERIA en Mexico. Piadina or Piada is a thin Italian flatbread, typically prepared in the Romagna regin. It is made with white flour, olive oil, salt and wter. The Piadina has been added to the list of the traditional regional food products of Italy of the Emilia-Romagna Regin. Our PIADINAS are hands made, and we use only first choose products in all our process preparation.
