It is a sushi bar for only 8 people located in Rio Lerma 162. What we seek to convey with our restaurant is to have the experience of eating in one of the most exciting Sushis of the City, combining traditional Japanese cuisine with top quality ingredients. We also have Japanese combinations with ingredients from other regions that make a perfect combination, such as Uni with foie gras and truffle or red snapper with shiso, yuzu, and a touch of serrano pepper. A very important part is the range of Sake that we have that is one of the most varied in the City. Finally we are doing different events for sushi fans that includes Japanese wine tasting, sake tasting, and also trying the different parts of the tuna to be able to taste and distinguish the differences between them. What has been achieved in the short time the restaurant has been open is very large. Public acceptance has been full and we are already positioning ourselves as one of the best recommended Sushis of the CDMX.
