The restaurant was founded Guzina Oaxaca illusion of having an embassy of the Oaxacan food in the Federal District; one peda quote from Oaxaca in the capital that everyone can enjoy. With such a meaningful name, like "Guzina" which means kitchen in Zapotec, our restaurant aims to bring endemic products from Oaxaca to go back to this wonderful city. Guzina Oaxaca is the only restaurant in the City of Mexico, with the banner of the renowned Oaxacan Chef Alejandro Ruiz as our ambassador, creating a food concept copyright, leading by the hand through this journey of flavors. Alejandro Ruiz has a long career, being the creator and developer of gastronomic concept "Casa Oaxaca", Executive Chef of Hotel Casa Oaxaca, Oaxaca House Casa Oaxaca Restaurant and Cafe. SPECIALTIES: Breakfast: . Water Chocolate bread casserole Huevos Rancheros with leaf . Holy, beans and chili sauce water . Omelet grasshoppers and quesillo Food: Fill water Chile ceviche and sour passion fruit sauce. Frijolon soup with herb rabbit, tortillas, cheese and avocado.
