About
Moshi Moshi is a chain of truly cult Japanese restaurants with Mexican influence. While we have become popular with the introduction of the kaiten system - a revolving band that displays freshly prepared, ready-to-eat sushi - our menu is also rich in starters, salads, shabu shabu, tempuras, ramen, teppanyaki and other hearty dishes, as well as an exquisite mixology and a careful selection of sake. Our guiding principle is mottainai, a Buddhist concept that refers to not wasting what is valuable. This philosophy is projected in our daily mission: to offer an impeccable execution, using only fresh raw material and high quality, at fair prices. Warm service is another of our principles. Translated as Japanese hospitality, omotenashi goes beyond good customer service: it is education elevated to its maximum potency, the worship of forms and the desire to maintain social harmony.
