Right on the main plaza, the Italian owner and his French wife import butter and flour, to perfectly recreate fabulous pastries and breads. Fresh, delicious breakfasts and later day menus offer a wide variety.
It is a coffee shop amid a bookshop.Lovely concept.Great coffee, great pastries, great books. But not enough space to enjoy it all.It would be great if they had a reading room.Even so, a triumph for Morelia. Culture and coffee!!
We ate breakfast at this Cafe. The location is the best in the city, the decoration is great and the food was delicious!The prices were very good and so was the service.
Location, ambiance, and excellent service are the preamble to Cafe Michelena’s virtues. It’s covered outdoor seating is a great place to relax right next to the catherdral. Their hot chocolate is a must try for chocolate lovers.
