Small, legendary eatery in Cuernavaca, *very* local, their especiality is enormous cheap tostadas with traditional (ie unusual) toppings such as pata (trotter) and sesos (brain) but also with less exotic options like mushroom and chicken too. It's a small place tucked away, run by the same family since 1957, huge portions of food at very reasonable prices. A truly authentic mexican dining experience that would appeal to the backpacker crowd much more than the 5-star hotel hoppers.
