In Bistrlatino seek to create a personal style of Pacific Rim cuisine from local and Asian products, as well as modern and ancient techniques. We believe the world is constantly evolving and the kitchen is no exception, so we seek continuous improvement every day, is why our menu is constantly reinventing itself. Our goal is the generation and fusion of unique flavors, where the passion to cook each of these ingredients is reflected in the unique experience of eating where consistency, excellence and teamwork are the ingredients of perfection. The essential flavors of Latin cuisine combine our new proposals to keep their roots in a variety of ingredients in our kitchen, as Ajis Peruvian chiles and Mexican corn, but mostly we believe the best way to preserve the culinary legacy of our cultures, is seen with the eyes of the present and discovering in it new meanings and possibilities in the future.
