Located at the top of Marival Distinct Luxury Residences, Ins Sky Bar is the ideal place to appreciate the incredible sunsets while enjoying your favorite drink in our highest infinity pool surrounded by spectacular views. Starting at 6:00 pm, we offer a minimalist menu of 3 continents that awakens the senses at every bite. Among its Asian dishes, you can taste the tataki of seared tuna, tempura vegetables roll, and dim sums of crab; from Europe the grilled lamb chops, tomatoes roasted with herbs, and smoked salmon; from North America, we prepare mini beef burgers and shrimp corn dogs; and from South America shrimps flamed with tequila, grilled choripan and the soft roasted duck tacos. Our refreshing cocktails are the perfect complement of such avant-garde cuisine. From Thursday to Saturday the nights are filled with live DJ music from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am.
