More than a restaurant, Nicksan is a culinary experience of the highest level. In its open kitchen the ingredients of two ancestral cultures located in opposite points of the world are fused. Its owners Masayuki Niikura and ngel Carbajal, originally from Japan and Mexico respectively, opened the first Nicksan in Los Cabos in 1994, creating amazing congruencies between the flavors of both countries. Some of the signature dishes that you can taste at our fabulous Residences Plaza location in Nuevo Vallarta are the spicy tuna small cake, the Shiromi Coriander and Maguro Lemon sushi rolls, the cucumber salad with wakame seaweed and crab, the baked scallops in mango sauce, the kara-age fish, the spinach crepe, and the gorgonzola shrimp.
