Loro caf opened in 2017 as a tiny street caf restaurant right by the Plaza of the very well known "Pueblo magico" Sayulita in the region of Nayarit. Now in a bigger local, this charming and original spot quickly gained a following for its healthy takes on savoury asian fusion dishes like the famous Ramen and vegan Pho, salads, poke bowls, gyozas, padthai of jackfruit, bobas and its exquisite coffee. Most of the menu is gluten free, more than half is vegan and every single bowl is a healthy twist on a classical meal. Thoughtfully young interiors, friendly relaxed service and uniqueness of its menu have made this surfers town brand an internationally local favourite.
