Archivo Maguey is a space destined to show our guests the true culture of Mezcal and food in Oaxaca, through tastings with experts on the matter, daytrips and the citys night life. Our visitors can enjoy a vast variety of exceptional oaxacan mezcals, particularly from the "Mixteca Region". We work with many local mezcal producers who use various wild maguey species and different elaboration techniques.
