Our renowned restaurant is acknowledged in the state of Puebla for his wide offering and traditional cuisine. Love is the main ingredient to create the best Mexican, Spanish and French courses complemented with our everyday menu, a landmark between locals and visitors. The Restaurant was developed by Don Felipe Bello in the 1920's, and became one of the most renowned Chefs during the first half of the XX century, due to his position as President Francisco I. Madero's lead cook at Chapultepec Castle.
