It has been here since 1720, contemplating, waiting, always alive with nostalgia. It is part of Pueblas history and now part of the gastronomy. La Garita, built in the old center of town in the 18th century, housed the livestock on its way from Veracruz to Mexico. The altarpieces based on the effigies of the 17th and 18th century transform handcrafted artifacts into art, which together with the specialties of the house give you the perfect ambiance. Ha estado aqu desde 1720, contemplando, esperando, siempre nostalgia viva. Es parte de la historia de Puebla y ahora de la gastronoma. La Garita, construido en el viejo casco que en el siglo XVIII albergaba el ganado, en su paso de Veracruz a Mxico. Los retablos basados en efigies del siglo XVII y XVIII convierten a la artesana en arte, que junto con las especialidades de la casa le dan el ambiente perfecto.
