About
We decided to create a restaurant that preserves flavors and traditions. A place that wouldnt be trendy but for life. We respected the 1920s additions to the 16th- century San Miguel La Noria hacienda, and now enjoy our contemporary traditional style cooking on the terrace, under bird filled green laurels. La Noria is a cyclical and circular space, like the waterwheel that gives us our name, where we can enjoy our preferred pleasures.
