One idea would be to have an appetizer and enjoy the view from here, then have the rest of your meal somewhere else. The food doesn’t live up to the prices.

I expected more. Food is average. Service was bad even though we were a group of 12 people and had 3 waiters taking care of us.
Very nice view of the plaza. The food was good, nothing amazing, but good. Service was very attentive. I couldn’t stand the guy signing and playing the keyboard. He wasn’t there when we arrived or else we would have never stopped there.
I think the only reason you should come to this restaurant is to have a view of the main plaza. Otherwise the restaurant is rather okayish- food was tasteless, presentation boring and prices high.
