Akira Ice Rolls is a food truck of homemade ice cream and healthy, since they do not contain preservatives and do not leave the idea of light diet. The goal is to offer a 100 percent natural dessert prepared instantly, hygienically and with quality. Our intention is to bring this new idea to the local and tourist market of the Yucatan Peninsula in order to enjoy these wonderful ice creams that are currently a global and viral phenomenon. From Thailand to New York and London, these ice creams have become a sensation and we decided to give them a Mexican twist turning them into Taco Rolls, definitely an experience that you can not pass up and tell all your friends and family while you upload your photos or videos to social networks. Love their little food truck. We tasted the Pinapple and the Peanut Butter Ice Rolls and both were amazing. Also very nice owners who gave us great Tipps for our further destinations. Don’t hesitate going there after dinner in Bacalar, you surely won’t regret!
Such a nice staff, had the most amazing peanut butter and jelly ice cream! Great attention to detail, I loved how she made it in front of us!
I really enjoyed the fresh and tasty ice cream rolls,nicely presented with interesting toppings.The ice cream truck and eating area are fun and different,the service very good and attentive but of course most important the yummie rolls.A must for any trip to Bacalar
