Panini d'Autore Bacalar is a new concept in the mayan area for panini, creppes and other kind of meals. The concept is to keep traditional international recipes. Sometimes we play a little bit with different kind of meals that we offer by events that we upload in ours networking accounts. The products comes from different small producers from different points of Mexico because we want to promove mexican economy. We found same and similar quality of products that you can find in Europe but made in Mexico, Its a hard work but its the sacriface to get quality and good staff. We make homemade Pats and Cheasy Cream that we use in ours Panini. We work with different kind of breads like Focaccia, Ciabatta, etc. and Creppes. We have Prosciutto Crudo, Speak, Mortadella, Salami Milano, Bresaola, Argentinian Chorizo, Fresh Tuna, Fresh Mozzarella, Brie Cheese, Gout Cheese, Smoky Provolone Cheese, Fontal Cheese, etc. Ours products are healthy and seasoned with Olive Oil.
