Cholao is a firm that emerged in 2018, inspired by the taste of fruit syrups combined with shaved ice. We recover the tradition of the memorable shaving turning it into a tropical dessert with a mixture of fruits that take it to another level, this with the aim of creating exquisite and memorable experiences. In addition, we also make cookies, brownies and cupcakes.
