This was our second time visiting Bahia Tortuga and both times were great. Grouper sandwiches, cold beers, strong mojitos, wonderful conch fritters and cooling off in their pool is a perfect afternoon after riding around the island.
The fish is fantastic, and the philly needs to be tried since it is the specialty. It is a small boutique hotel/bar but has a very nice vibe.
Grouper sandwich is wonderful. Atmosphere very inviting. Closes around 8-9 PM out of respect for the guests who stay there. Good to see Danny again. We missed seeing Rhonda!
Loved the live music and the friend bar staff. One of the better views for the bars along this strip. Also visited Soggy Peso, however liked this bar just a bit more!
Second year we visited, consistently good food and entertainment, was nice to see Captain John and Danny are still around
