We stumbled upon this place on our second last day so thank goodness we got to go twice. Limone, Amarena, Chocolate and Cheesecake flavours were delicious. Their cones are fresh and crunchy. Much better than the other places we tried on 5th.
It was a very nice thing to find this small gelato store. It gave us an amazing experience in Playa del Carmen. I was coming back many times just to taste it again. I’ll highly recommend to all my family and friends.
We were staying right around the corner, so we enjoyed a gelato everyday! The flavor options were great! We tried quite a few during our week. Very delicious!
I met the owner’s wife at our hotel and she told us about Amo Gelato. It’s a few blocks off of 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen and quite worth the search.
