The Bio & Natural way is a store and restaurant that offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free products focused on promoting the consumption of organic and healthy foods, promoting a change in eating habits to improve the quality of life of the entire population. The Bio & Natural way cares about satisfying the most demanding palates of vegetarians and not vegetarianas that visit the units, delight and surprise with the taste of dishes made without meat and with organic products which can be purchased in our store and cook in your own house. The Bio & Natural way means we promote "a way". The purpose of this path is to achieve a lifestyle in balance of body, mind and spirit, through our food, products and philosophy. You can learn more about it by visiting our stores and looking at our walls, full of drawings that explain it. We have 2 branches in Playa del Carmen located at av 10 between constituyentes and 16 and at 5th ave between 40 and 42. Our schedule is from 8 am to 11 pm.Details

Loved the amount. of vegan options and the really fresh healthy juices and smoothieswhile I was living in Mexico I ate at bio at least twice a week for a couple of months I would highly recommend the boneless cauliflower!

We went here twice on our visit to Playa and loved it. Great smoothies and awesome healthy food. We loved the vegan lasagna and the quinoa bowl.
Enjoyed the eggs benedict with rockford sauce immensely aswell as their bowls (salty and sweet)! The coffee was good and the service was very good.Went 3 times 🙂
