Rio Churrascaria is a fixed-price continuous tableside service restaurant, where one-price inlcudes all the food items in our extended menu. Rio Churrascaria Brazilian steakhouse, features unlimited servings of more than 18 different juicy "charcoal-grilled" meat options, such as beef, lamb, pork, poultry, and a sumptuous buffet of salads, fresh vegetables, Brazilian side dishes, and seafood, that includes shrimp, ceviche, carpaccios, sushi and fish. Each guest uses a two-sided marker to establish the pace of their meal. The green side signals the waiters to bring out skewers of sizzling "coal-roasted" meats to carve them directly onto your plate. The red side tells the waiter to stop bringing meats to your table, either to pace yourself or because you are satisfied.
