We just visited the restaurant. There are four locations, Canun, Auculpoco, Guadalajara and Puebla. I have photographs as well. The food was amazing. It is a taquaria, and the front is open, with the typical inside/outside atmosphere. Whe had two of the most popular dishes, one 5 tacos that is a shaved meat cooked like gyro meat and pineapple. The other was a combination of steak and chroizo, but not mixed with cactus, a grilled onion and a grilled pepper. It was so yummy, and right down the street from the La Quinta, which is on Trip Advisor (we are also staying here presently). You should definitely list the restaurant given the proximity to the La Quinta, which is listed. We would love to give our fellow Trip Advisor travelers an opportunity to find this establishment.
