GITANO Tulum is a Restaurant and Mezcal Bar, set in a magical oasis in the lush jungle of Tulum Beach. Design is modern, open, and seamlessly integrated into the lush jungle environment. Our menu of seasonal, local ingredients is a modern take on traditional Mexican flavors with dishes cooked in the fires of our wood burning oven and open grill. Our cocktails are inspired by 1940s tropical Tiki bars with local seasonal fruits and herbs, and all juices and syrups made in house daily. Mezcal is our specialty, with offerings of over 40 different mezcales from Oaxaca.
