It is a really good restaurant, almost everything that I have tried there is good. They specialize in Low Cookling, so just go and try what the magic of time can do to food.
Cayenna has a good mix of flavors and styles of food from several countries. Very good entrees, angus select steaks, good bar. Deffinitely recommended.
Disappointed on my last day in Culiacan. The food is average and not as nice as other restaurants I had been here. The seafood is just fine. Pasta is over cooked. Pretty much no surprise.
