Gringo Jacks serves New Mexico style Mexican food. From Hatch Green Chili and New Mex Red Chili to Tex Mex dishes. Please join us - but make sure to come hungry! We are open Wednesday through Sunday for Breakfast and Dinner only. Breakfast hours are from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Dinner hours are from 5:00pm to 10:00pm. COME CHECK US OUT!!
