Welcome to Teresita's Panaderia y Bistro in Alamos, Sonora, Mexico...My little brainchild that got out of control, as wild, creative children do. We evolved from selling a few baguettes a day, a few days a week, to serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We added a special wine menu, featuring Wagner wines imported from California, among others. We love to make specialty desserts such as chocolate, almond torte, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and the classic French tarte tatin. Our breakfast pastries range from warm almond croissant to morning glory muffins, scones and sticky buns. Our house-made breads include, of course, baguettes, but the list has grown to include Italian, Whole-wheat walnut, Rosemary, gluten-free and Organic Sonoran White wheat. We are always experimenting with new ingredients that we find, grow or harvest and will continue to work towards being as local, sustainable and organic as we can be.
