J&R Ribs Costilleria is an original convenient-casual restaurant that specializes in slow cooked, fall off the bone baby back ribs. Our menu consists of baby back ribs, a selection of contemporary sandwiches (pulled pork, brisket and fried chicken as well as homemade traditional sides such as mac n cheese, organic green salad and home cut fries and sweet potato fries. Our bar offers a solid selection of bourbon, Tennessee Whiskey, Rye and Moonshine as well as cocktails. We also offer a selection of four in house salsas: Raspberry Chipotle, Jack Daniels, BBQ and Pia Chiltepin. We do what we know and we do it well. We offer take out and delivery.
