I maded an investagation where the peole trends is.Wordwide people start prefer Home restaurant and have realized that is much better go eat at chef's home I am an Italian Chef specialize in Southern Italian cuisine, since I been in California ( Los Angeles 1993) I adopted the recepis that I learn from my family wich the origin are from Sicilia,Calabria and Napoli. In the '97 I mooved to Cabo San Lucas,BCS,Mexico and I build Capo San Giovanni Restaurant wich became wery famous. Now I decided to change and follow the people trend. Mangia con me me is an invite of Chef Gianfranco to have dinner at is home and understand what means one authentic family of South Italy. There is not a menu, is Gianfranco's choise. You will be recived at as a freind and not a client.You and you party because mi guests will eat , drink and have fun just like a family of Calabria, Naples or Sicily.We wll drink limoncello and sing open throat lustly " O SOLE MIO!
