Come to Marty's for Fried Chicken and all the fixin's...We start with fresh, steroid and hormone-free chicken and soak it in a buttermilk/herb blend that tenderizes and gets the flavor to the bone!! (NO MSG!!) We then coat our chicken in a light flour and herb mixture and deep fry it in 100% Canola Oil. Our Meals are accompanied with fresh mashed potatoes, our amazing gravy and homemade Cold Slaw!! We do our chicken the old fashioned way...AND IT SHOWS!!!
