We are a family-own business oriented to Mayan gastronomic tradition, specialized on the cooking of the Cochinita Pibil (pork meat marinated in achiote and wrapped in banana leaves), Relleno Negro (black chicken meat and ground pork stew) and Pollo en Escabeche (Chicken in vinegar and white onion). Come and try the original seasoning of Maria, the owner who was born in Campeche in the Peninsula of Yucatan.
