I visited Merida Summer of 2012. I ended up going to Hennessy’s Irish Pub on two occasions. The first time was with my parents. We ended up have a few drinks at the bar. As the night progressed we ended up meeting the owner Sean Hennessy. He made us all feel welcome and we were thrilled to meet a fellow Dubliner. As the progresses we all decided to have dinner at Hennessy’s. I had the fish and chips. It was out of this world. Hennessy’s is very clean, great customer service, and the staff are so friendly. It was so good we ended up going back the next afternoon. Sean and Colm the owners are outstanding people and will certainly make you feel very welcome. They are both well versed on anything you want to know about Merida. Lastly they certainly take a lot of pride in their Establishment. I highly recommend Hennessy’s in Merida.
