Simple yet surprisingly atmospheric place with friendly staff and decent food. Very inexpensive. Stumbled upon this little cafe walking back to central Chişinău after visiting the Afghan war memorial.
Visited here three times on a recent visit and the food music and staff were amazing. Great value and atmosphere and so so welcoming. Particular praise to Eugene and Sergei for their wonderful service throughout . Highly recommended.
Fantastic service and food. A great location and atmosphere with inexpensive prices. They have a large selection of lemonade and their steaks are always cooked perfectly. I love this cafe!

We were in Chisinau last weekend for the Moldova – Ireland football match. Taxi Blues became an Irish Bar for the weekend and the welcome was fantastic. Great food and drink, lovely friendly staff and very comfortable facilities. Highly recommended.
I liked everything. The service was good. Nice shisha. Very good music in the weekends. Nice location. Has a lot of places, but a little minus is the fact that it is a bit cold when the doir opens if sitted unsuccesfully.
