Kumudra Hill Bar & Restaurant is located on the roof top of Kumudra Hill Hotel, on top of a small hill at the entrance of Hsipaw, with a breathtaking view on the valley. The restaurant is managed by a French national and serves a mix of Oriental and Western foods. Guests particularly like the dhal hummus with pita bread, the green pumpkin soup, the chicken cordon bleu, the green curry in coconut milk, the Indian curry with yoghurt and coriander sauce, the pizzas and the pancakes (crpes) with dark chocolate sauce. Everything is home made. Our prices range from 2,500 Kyats to 8,500 Kyats. We also serve a wide variety of cocktails. From 6 pm to 7.30 pm, enjoy the happy hour and get two cocktails for the price of one. The hotel's swimming pool is also open to the restaurant's guests with an entrance fee of 5 usd per person.
