One Owl Grill is the first and tiniest restaurant opened by Asiatico Group in Myanmar. In Jully 2015, this cozy nest, home to a familly of colorful owls perched on its walls, was born at One, Yone Gyi Street. Owls (also known as jeekwat) are considered enigmatic bird bringing luck and prosperity to Shan State lands. But never before had they been popular for serving mouth-watering grilled dishes, savorous hummus, famously tasty beer cocktails, latin specialities and a mix of local and other side of the worlds flavors.
