Shwe Sa Bwe aims to prepare Myanmar people for the restaurant Industry. The training is complimentary and supported by the restaurant guests turnover. Training lasts eleven months. The restaurant has an annual closing in July and August when the new promotion of students start its training course. Our trainees, under the supervision of experienced teachers, cook and serve European and Asian foods, bistro style for lunch and Shwe Dining for dinner. We offer set menus at reasonable price which rotates every three or four weeks.
