BO SA is a small restaurant in the heart of Thamel, Thamel Square. Come to Thamel Square if you'd like to escape the hustle and bustle of busy Thamel streets. The name, "BO SA" comes from the Rai(Nepali ethnic) language, literally meaning "Pig's meat" aka Pork. We specialise in Pork dishes - especially Mo Mo and Thukpa all in 'Dharane' style - extremely popular in eastern Nepal. We also do , Pork Curry and Rice Set, Khutti Achar(hot, sour and spicy, slow pressure cooked - yes pork legs - it's a delicacy from eastern Nepal you ought to try).
