This restaurant has been only open for 4 months and is right next to my hotel - Hotel Premium on Paknajol, Thamel - Kathmandu. The cuisine is fantastic but it's also a great place for tourists to mix with locals. Also it has brilliant brewed coffee and incredibly friendly staff. I have photos also if that helps your validation process and the email address of the manager, but this place is too good not to be featured on tripadvisor.
