House of Music is largely frequented by locals and expats for its focus on original live Nepali music - from rock to reggae, himalayan blues to jazz (rarely covers). Artists featured are up-and-coming and popular Nepali bands. House of Music also has a roof-top garden terrace where it serves great food and drinks at very reaonable price. One of the very few bars in Kathmandu serving draught beer!!!
