About
I am Akane, a chef from Japan, love healthy food, as we are what we eat. I've been studying Ayurvedic, Macrobiotic, Probiotic food and kitchen and opened Ayurvedico Cafe in March 2018. I am happy to cook at the foot of Annapurna, 'Goddess of food' in Sanskrit. I use local, seasonal and organic ingredients when possible and adapt ingredients to suit what produce is in season. Food is clearly made with love, the concept is wonderful, and all the food and products I tried were excellent. The owner is so sweet and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.
A nice clean place, great for tea, breakfast or brunch. They provide wholesome and nutritious meals and they have vegan options too (including cashew and almond milk.) The tea selection is vast and the menu has a great description of its medicinal and herbal properties.
