I recently tried 2 dishes and 1 bubble coffee milk tea here.Cold Chicken Noodles – I felt like I wanted to add some more seasoning sauce. The chicken was kind of dry.Glutinous Rice – some part of the rice was hard, not steamed enough, maybe ?Unfortunately the bubble milk tea I had twice from this place were both not good.The taste was not flavorsome.I remember the crispy chicken I tried long time ago was very yummy.A fly keep approaching to steal my food was annoying.The noise of mixer to make drinks, roaring right above my head from where I sit was a bit uncomfortable.The service was good with friendly and polite manner.

Always great quality food, large portions and friendly service. Our favourite dishes are the crispy chicken or squid and herbal hotpot on a colder day. Too bad the location is a bit further away.
Did not come here for the food although many other reviewers say the food is pretty amazing. I tried the Jasmine Milk tea with pearls and unfortunately the drink wasn’t up to scratch. 1. the Jasmine flavour was seriously lacking2. the ‘milkiness’ was very watery, I believe this is because they mainly use milk powder to create the drinks rather than use fresh milk.3. the pearls had no flavour and lacked sweetness.The service was friendly though but I don’t think bubble teas are their specialty.
