Probably the best sushi I have tasted in Auckland, it is really worth the value in which they sell their sushi by, highly recommended.I often find the rice overwhelming in most places, some places add too much vinegar, however this place has their rice in perfect form, they are not too sticky or dry. It is easy to eat their sushi without feeling dehydrated.The topics are given in large proportions, often most places give very little toppings or fillings, compared to the amount of rice. Here they have the perfect ratio.The owners are nice and place is beautiful and cozy at the same time. I went their for a week straight haha.
Love this little joint! What I really like about their sushi is that they don’t put too much vinegar in their rice. They do put some but it doesn’t overpower the other ingredients.I also like their ratio of rice : filling. I have been too many places where you get tiny filling with huge amount of rice.I also tried some of their hot dishes and loved everything I tried so far. Would definitely recommend.
Staff are always so friendly and look incredibly happy to see you! Like the variety that this sushi place offers, you can see the food is made with care. Can sometimes run out of popular sushi flavours just after lunch, but to be expected.
Quite like this place, one of my favourite places to get sushi from. they have a big range and definitely taste nice n fresh. Staff are friendly. Their Spicy Chicken Salad is my favourite 🙂
Kami Sushi has best choice in sushi and wrap they put more stuff than rice which other sushi shop dont. So good and best value for money. If you are ever in Albany, must try! I think here, sushiya in Birkenhead and baysushi in Browns Bay are my fav sushi in shore.
My favorite place in Auckland!,I Live & work locally so I am a regular customer, Always fresh, great variety along with the fast efficient service. Have and will continue to recommend this place for the place to go for your sushi fix!!
