I think I need to come back here again and try Plume in a small intimate dining atmosphere. We visited Plume with a very large group.The service was great, the atmosphere was great, the food looked great…..it was consistent with look/feel and portion sizing…..but everything lacked flavor.The Tuna Tataki was the highlight.Snapper average, it came with these weird tough croquettes.The lemon cheesecake was very delicate in flavor, the brandy snap wheel was amazing…
