The best, healthiest cafe on the coast! Just love it. This cafe specialises in GF,RSF,DF, slices/cakes/sandwichs, healthy salads and smoothies/juices. They have an array of options for any health freak. They serve up Great Coffee and the staff are a friendly bunch. This place is a regular spot for all you gym junkies/health conscious people. Highly recommend

Two spoons has a lovely atmosphere and is loaded with good food. They make awesome whole food smoothies and 90% of the menu is gluten free. They also have great vegan and vegetarian option Pictures feature some of my faves – cacao bombs, double choc brownie, chia cup and raw caramel slice.

Nice to have a healthy option in the Whangaparaoa shops. On first appearance the decore is lovely and the cabinet well presented. The menu is a bit limited. I had a green salad, which I loved, my daughter who usually turns her nose up at anything gluten free loved the gluten free banana bread and my son had granola for the second time. I like that the coffee is organic, but found it very bitter. The retro teaspoons were a lovely touch.Overall a good experience and I will be back.

A fantastic cafe, excellent service and the food here is sooooo good! The coffee is also amazing. The carrot cake is to die for, highly recommend.

Coffee was good, not a lot of food choices. Hopefully will get better – just opened! Tried out a slice of their paleo banana bread – was pretty moist and tasted great. Was hoping for something more filling, however.

Came here for coffee and a brownie which were both fantastic. Looking forward to visiting again and trying out more of the amazing looking food.
